As a third-generation ceramic tile professional, he was immersed in the world of construction from a young age. In 2005, he embarked on his entrepreneurial journey by establishing his first ceramic tile company, demonstrating a passion for craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Over the years, Josh’s dedication to excellence led him to expand his business into a full-service home remodeling company, where he honed his skills in various aspects of residential construction and renovation.

Recognizing the importance of a well-rounded perspective in the field, Josh transitioned to become a home inspector five years ago. Today, he proudly owns and operates Innovative Home Concepts, bringing his extensive knowledge and diverse experience to provide top-notch home inspection services.

With Josh’s commitment to precision and his holistic understanding of homes, clients can trust in his expertise to ensure their properties are safe, sound, and of the highest quality.

When not on the job, Josh spends time with his spouse and loved ones and enjoys boating, fishing, and classic exotic cars. He is always striving to learn something new every day!
